I forgot my email or password

If you need help resetting your teacher password, we can help by sending you a link to reset it. Just use the steps below.

Student passwords can’t be changed by students. If a student with an email address forgets his password, the Forget Password link will send the password on his email address. If a student does not have an email address, password needs to be requested from a teacher or school admin.

STEP 1: When you sign-in, click on FORGOT PASSWORD link Click Forgot Password

 

STEP 2: Enter your email address

STEP 3: Check your inbox

In about 5 minutes you will receive an email on the provided email. Click on the RESET PASSWORD link. Make sure you check your Spam folder if no email is received within 5 minutes.

STEP 4: Set a new password

In the browser window, set a new password for your account.
